Which licences do I need to do tour sailing/high speed sailing in Belgium?

Inland shipping routes

‘General and/or limited sailing licence’ (see FAQ How do I obtain my general and/or limited sailing licence?)
Note: This is mandatory only if the vessel is at least 15m long or if it can sail faster than 20km/h.

Sea

‘Yachtsman’ for coastal sailing.
‘Yacht navigator’ for offshore navigation.

(These licences are highly recommended, but they are not mandatory)

Sea

Anyone sailing in their own boat (with a Belgian flag letter) is subject to Belgian regulations and does not need a mandatory licence. For boats hired abroad, the terms and conditions in the hire agreement apply.

Which licences do I need to be able to do canoeing/kayaking/rafting/rowing in Belgium?
